Description
A passerby who regularly walks along a downtown greenbelt noticed a foul odor emanating from a grate inlet under a bridge. A member of AFD Special Operations traveled approximately 60ft into the storm drainage pipe and was able to securely remove the decedent who, in a state of decomposition, was subsequently pronounced.
