Description

On 7//9/16 at about 0800 hours, the decedent was found unresponsive on the sidewalk. RA paramedics arrived to and pronounced death at 0809 hours. The decedent was seen in the same position earlier at 0600 hours. He was believed to be sleep at the time. The decedent was last known to be alive on 7/8/16 at about 1200 hours, when he was observed leaning against a light post that was located about twenty feet from where he was found. The decedent was often seen in the area but no one knew his moniker.
