Circumstances
A witness (who lived at 2371 E. 63rd St. ) was in an abandoned building at 2357 E. 63rd St. and found five wallets containing various identifications. He called Cleveland PD and when officers were searching the building further, found the victim. Victim was seated on a couch, expired.
