Description

On 1/23/2025 the Yuma County Medical Examiner's Office was contacted by the Yuma County Sheriff's Office in reference to skeletal remains found in the remote desert area south of Wellton, Arizona. A local residence was in the area 'Geo-Caching' when he located a partial human skull. There were no other belongings, identifying documents, clothing or items located near the remains which were recovered.
