Description

The decedent was attempting to cross a street at the intersection of Western Avenue and Santa Monica Boulevard in Los Angeles on 4/10/2026 at 0515 hours when she was struck by a vehicle. 911 was called and paramedics transported the decedent by ambulance a local hospital where she was pronounced dead upon arrival at 0542 hours on 4/10/2026.
