Description

On 06/15/2026 at approximately 0815 hours (8:15 am), this patient was dropped off at LBJ Hospital in Harris County by an unknown person. This person advised the PT was Mario Bada, provided a possible date of birth which places the patient's age at approximately 68 years old. This person then left the hospital without leaving any contact information nor have they returned or called to check on the patient. At this time, the patient is unable to communicate with hospital staff.
