Description

On February 4, 2026, an unidentified male required medical attention at a homeless shelter on Bannon Street in Sacramento. He was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter. The fingerprints of the decedent did not lead to a positive identification. Shelter personnel indicated that he was using the name Walter Hernandez Quinonez.
