Description

On 07/02/26 around 2100 hours, the decedent was pushing a shopping cart on the 13200 block of Gladstone Avenue in Sylmar, CA. A witness observed him sit on a curb, fall backwards, and hit his head. 911 was called and responding paramedics transported him to the hospital by ambulance. His health rapidly declined and the decedent was pronounced dead on 07/03/2026. The decedent appears to be homeless/unhoused.
