Description

The decedent was found in a non-functional vehicle parked in a parking lot of a shopping center (11000 block of Fondren Rd, Houston, TX). He was known to live in the vehicle, which had been parked in the shopping center lot for at least one year. He may have been known by several possible names including Osas Ohuns, Gabriel Uhuns or Emmanuel Ewere. He reported to be from Nigeria. We have been unable to confirm any of these possible names.
