Unknown man found unresponsive on a park bench in Manhattan (unknown location). Individual was taken to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital where he was pronounced. Individual may be homeless. Fingerprint hit to a Mr. Melvin Sylvester Brown or Manevia Brown. He is possibly from Jamaica. This information has not been verified and no next of kin has been located at this time.
