Description

On 07/12/2026 the decedent is reported to have been observed by bystanders at a pond drinking alcohol alone. He was then witnessed to go into the water and become submerged. When he did not come up 911 was called. Randolph PD and FD responded. On arrival the decedent had been pulled to shore. He was transported to a local area hospital.
