Description

In April 2008 the decedent suffered a stroke and was transported from an unknown location to LAC+USC Medical Center in Los Angeles. He was later transferred to a skilled nursing home (Fidelity Health Care) in El Monte, CA where he remained unable to communicate. The decedent remained at the nursing home until his death on 10/4/16. The decedent was known as "Troy HILL" but this was discovered to be a stolen identity. His true name and DOB are unknown. A review of his medical records provided no further leads to his true identity.
