Description

The decedent has lived in a residence for 35 years. His companion and owner of the house died in 2008. On 3/11/2017 the decedent was found deceased during a welfare check requested by neighbors. The decedent was a skeleton. He is believed to be Israel Ramos BAKER, but we are unable to confirm his identity through any means. A search of the house revealed pack rat conditions with rodent infestation. All bills and documents were in the decedent’s predeceased companion’s name. We could not locate a wallet, ID, or items with BAKER's name. The decedent was last known to be alive in May 2015 based on mail/groceries in the house.
