Description

Unidentified male found unresponsive in the street and transported to Bellevue Hospital, where he died. An identification card with the name "Luis Santiago" was found near him in the street. Fingerprint searches matched to multiple names, including "Ignacio Diaz Lopez", "Luis Santiago", and "Ignacio Lopez" and multiple dates of birth. Neither of these names could be verified and no next of kin could be located. Individual is possibly homeless.
