Description

On the evening of 7/20/17 a passerby found a skeleton and called 911. Sheriff's deputies responded and pronounced the decedent dead at scene. The decedent was found in an abandoned building that is a known homeless encampment. There were no items on or near the decedent that could provide a possible ID.
