Description

On 03/29/2017 at approximately 1915 hours, the decedent was found by a transient passerby severely decomposed in a storm channel inside a wash. 911 was called and Los Angeles County Fire Department Engine #20 responded and pronounced death at 1934 hours. The decedent’s identity was not known and he appeared in a skeletonized state. Foul play could not be determined due to the condition of the body Scattered miscellaneous items and trash were seen at the storm channel entrance.
