Description

On 3/15/1981 the decedent was found unresponsive on the sidewalk across from 425 E 5th St. in Los Angeles. 9-1-1 was called and he was pronounced dead at the scene. He had been seen in the evening hours on 3/14/1981, but he refused medical attention at that time.
