Decedent discovered unresponsive in a culvert partially submerged in water. Decedent clad in black motorcycle jacket and green-gray corduroy jeans. Decedent also wearing a metal analog watch on left wrist and two black rubber rings on the left fourth finger. The decedent's number 8 tooth has a metal cap around the edges and backside.
