Description

On 04/20/2018 at approximately 2210 hours an unknown party dropped the decedent off at California hospital/medical center and fled the scene. The decedent had an altered mental status and his blood sugar was abnormal. The decedent did not regain consciousness and remained in the hospital until his death on 04/21/2018. The decedent did not have any identification paperwork with him.
