Description
John Doe #51-02 is described as a hispanic male (possibly a Mexican National), appearing to be in his mid-twenties to mid-thirties, 5'5", 154 lbs, black hair, and brown eyes. He wore a thin black moustache. He was a passenger in a motor vehicle that was involved in a collision on the Westbound I-40. He was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene. Two other occupants were in the vehicle and fled on foot from the scene of the accident. Identity may only be established with fingerprints (on file and see attached), dental X-rays (on file and see attached) and DNA (refer to CODIS #BK-04-000743). Possible comparison with "smiling photographs" (showing teeth).
