John Doe #19-83 was found dead under a bridge near the desert community of Ludlow. Cause of death could not be determined. The decedent was believed to be a White (probably Hispanic) male adult between the ages of 40 and 50 years, 5’7â€. Due to decomposition the body could not be determined. Identity can only be confirmed by dental X-ray and DNA.
