Description

Young to middle aged Hispanic male. He is approximately 71 inches tall with a medium build. He died sometime between July 12-19, 2001. Due to the state of preservation it was not possible to obtain fingerprints. The deceased was wearing black jeans, a black belt, work boots and a t-shirt. The shoe lace from the right boot was missing. The shoe string was found tied around the decedents right wrist. A backpack was found in the vehicle that contained personal items such as toothpaste and toothbrush, a Spanish bible, business cards and a social security card. The social security card was determined to be fake.
