Description
This Hispanic male was known as a transient for the past 5 years in the San Diego area. He was Spanish- speaking, had a history of alcoholism, and is possibly named "Carlos". He was found dead in his wheelchair parked on a San Diego sidewalk. Facial photographs and fingerprints are available for comparison. Local fingerprint searches were unsuccessful.
