Description

On 1/12/2000, An unidentified White Female estimated 30-45 years of age.  160lbs was recovered fully clad and decomposed from the Schuylkill River near South St. , Philadelphia, PA. She has long brown wavy hair with slight gray at the roots approximately 24 inches in length. There are no grossly evident tattoos or scars, however; she was observed to have severe scoliosis. It is believed that she may have been deceased for a few weeks, no longer than the winter months of 1999. The cause of death is Drowning with the manner of death undetermined. Numerous attempts were made to attain an identity. Fingerprints were processed, producing no record. A complete dental analysis was also performed. Missing person inquires to date have produced no viable leads.
