Description

Decedent was found floating in the Hudson river near 85th street. Removed to 79th street boat basin. Fingerprints match to multiple aliases including: Rafael Moncada Gillen (or Gillan), Luis Herique, Jose Sapata Leon, Jose Luis Ortiz, John Rodriguez, and Luis Enrique Zapata. None of these names could be verified and no next of kin has been located.
