Description

The decedent was the victim of an assault in the City of Industry on 5/29/2006. He was transported to LAC+USC Medical Center and later transferred to a skilled nursing facility where he remained comatose. After the decedent went into cardiac arrest on 6/30/2006 he was transported to another hospital where he was pronounced dead.
