Remains found in 50 gallon drum in previously burned out tire shop. . Black hair braided in 2 inch braids. Tattoo Left Hand is legible letters, possibly IVY, IVV or IW// Tattoo Left Wrist is pierced heart// 5 1/2 inch long SC on lower abdomen.
