Description
On the night of 11/22/1998 the decedent fell out of the passenger side of a delivery truck and struck another vehicle. He was pronounced dead at scene. He is believed to be Francisco "Poncho" RODRIGUEZ CARDONA from Mexico. Possibly born in Durango, Durango and previously worked in Mexico City, D. F. and Tijuana, B. C.
