Description
Body of an adult, possibly caucasion male. Found in the abandoned "Cadillac Apartment Building" located above the old "Grubstake restaurant" (also closed) in Spokane Washington. The building was known to be frequented by transients looking for a place to stay. Internal autopsy findings indicated that the male is most likely "middle aged". The decedent was edentulous. There had been a remote amputation of the left forefinger distal to the metacarpal, phalangeal joint. The was signs of athersclerotic cardiovascular disease, a remote appendectomy, and degenerative joint disease in the lumbar spine. This man also had apparent cirrhosis of the liver and alcoholic hepatitis which imay indicate a history of alcoholism.
