Description

Decedent was found unresponsive on the sidewalk in Los Angeles on the early morning of 6/16/1996. He was transported by ambulance to LAC+USC Medical Center where he remained until his death on 6/26/1996. The decedent appeared to be a transient and smelled strongly of alcohol.
