Description
On 11/16/1983, the decedent's body was found in an open desert area east of Lamb Blvd. , just north of Lone Mountain Rd. The decedent was wrapped in a large piece of heavy blue plastic with several ties. The body was covered by several scrapped vehicle fuel tanks.
