Description

The decedent was involved in an auto vs pedestrian traffic collision in Los Angeles on 11/14/1994. He sustained multiple injuries was transported to LAC+USC Medical Center. He was later transported to a skilled nursing home where he remained until his death on 08/16/1999. The decedent never regained consciousness and it is not know where the possible names "Francisco Thomas", "Francisco Tomas", "Thomas Francisco" or "Tomas Francisco" came from.
