Description

The decedent was found unresponsive in Czuleger Park in Redondo Beach on the early morning of 9/5/1987. He was transported by ambulance to a local hospital and treated for a head injury. He never regained consciousness and was transferred to a skilled nursing facility on 3/3/1988. The decedent remained at the nursing facility until his death on 5/12/1993.
