Skeletal remains found [in] wooded area; dead 1 to 3 years. Blue pants; "Willey Valent" on pant buttons. Brown leather belt, cut off and hole punched to fit at 30 to 31 inches. Black, yellow, red, geometrical design on boxer shorts, loafers, woven sides.
