Description

On 6/11/1991 @ 0805 hours the decedent's charred remains were found under a crawl space of a structure that was used as a storage area for building supplies. Transients would frequent the area and use this for shelter. On the evening of 6/3/91 transients built a fire to cook food and tossed the ashes out near a palm tree, which caught fire then set the building on fire. Decedent found after a crew was at the location to demolish the building and clear the area.
