Description

On 12/20/1989 @ 1750 hours the decedent was struck by a vehicle @ 2310 W. Pacific Coast Highway in Long Beach, Ca. The vehicle fled the scene, decedent transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead @ 1823 hours.
