On 10/29/1989 @ 0745 hours the decedent was found down on the street in front of 1244 7th St. in Santa Monica, CA. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead several hours later. The decedent told hospital staff his name was Cheryl Morgan who was born in 1924.
