Description

On 10/2/1989 at 0040 hours the decedent was found in the church stairwell, with a belt around his neck hanging from the metal railing. Apparently earlier the same day the decedent was seen at the church banging his head against the wall saying "his family doesn't want him any more" in Spanish.
