Description
On 3/12/1989 @ 0420 hours the decedent was involved in a traffic accident. He is believed to have been a passenger in a van that was going southbound on Western Ave. The van collided with a light standard @ 27th Street in Los Angeles. Driver of the van fled the scene. Decedent transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. Decedent had a document from Puebla, Mexico with the name Julio Guillermo GARCIA MARTINEZ.
