Description

On 04/14/1988 the decedent reportedly purchased 3 bottles of whiskey & wine and drank them in front of the store where he had purchased them. He was arrested for 647f P. C. and while he was in his cell awaiting booking he became unresponsive. Transported to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
