Description
On 09/08/1986 the decedent was attempting to buy an alcoholic beverage from a mini-mart. The owner of the mini-mart refused to sell the beverage as the decedent was intoxicated. The decedent wa also bleeding from a laceration to the back of his head. He was transported to a local hospital where he died on 09/09/1986
