Description
On 1/26/1985 the decedent was observed to climb onto a block ledge on top of a parking structure by one witness who called Santa Monica P. D. Another witness saw the decedent jump from the 6th floor of the parking structure. Decedent transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead.
