Description

On 09/10/1984 @ 0635 hours the decedent was found down and unresponsive in an alley behind 4428 Kansas Ave. in Los Angeles. The decedent had head trauma and was transported to a local hospital where he remained until his death on 09/15/1984. The decedent had been seen by paramedics on 09/09/1984 @ Menlo Ave and Vernon Ave. in Los Angeles, intoxicated. He was told to "go home" at that time.
