Circumstances
The decedent is found in a vacant area in southwest philadelphia just off Lindbergh Blvd. near the airport. He is severly burned and charred that he is unrecognizable. Age and race are also difficult to determine. He may be white or asian. He has fine straight black hair at least 2 inches long as evidenced by some charred hair still visible on the back of the head. All of his clothing was destroyed in the fire, however, some remnants of charred clothing is described below. No tattoos are visible due to the condition of the body. Autopsy revealed a stainless steel surgical plate approx. 2 1/2" on the right forearm (radius).
