Description

This Unidentified White Male was found floating in Lake Michigan on August 20, 1986 near Bender Park located at 4800 East Oakwood Road, Oak Creek, WI. The deceased was nude and had no identification on him. The deceased had dental restorations and three tattoos that consisted of: "CHICANO" located to the left hand, "HC" located to the right hand and a cross located on the left index finger.
