Description

Body found nude along highway. Victim is described as a light complected, African American, male. Body found burnt with head and hands not attached. Autopsy report stated victim possibly a light smoker, and no apparent old or new fractures, and no scars or tattoos. Foot prints available, partial x-rays available.
