According to report, while on regular ranch duty Ramon Villaneuva of the Alamo Ranch discovered a decomposed female body and reported it to local USBP. NMSP was summoned to scene. Decedent fully clothed, lying supine, and was in advanced stages of decomposition with maggots present.
