Description
This victim was found in an abandoned burned house at Excess Road-Shell Lake. Prior to discovery, workers on the interstate stated they saw a white male, approximately 6 feet tall, approximately late 30's with brown hair was hanging around the house. Victim told workers he was from California. No name though.
