Description

According to the Investigator's Report and to subsequent information from Investigators, the decedent was an unidentified man that was found in a metal solid sewage container at an international waste treatment plant near the Tijuana River Valley in San Ysidro, on the night of October 11, 2011. The body had been through a treatment process at the facility before being found in the container, and the water drains to the processing facility from open drainage basins in Mexico, into 72 – 96-inch pipes, which then run underground into the United States. The body of another man (Medical Examiner’s Case Number 11-2206), in similar condition, was also discovered in the facility on the same night. Refer to NamUs case#: UP54886
