Description
Early on the morning of Saturday, August 28, 1976, at about 0200 hours, a pedestrian attempting to cross lanes of traffic along Interstate 15, was struck and killed by a northbound automobile 1. 5 miles south of the Baker Blvd. overcrossing. The woman, a Black female appearing in her early 20s (but for search purposes will be broadcasted as 15 to 30), was designated Jane Doe #04-76. She was described as 5'6" tall, 160 lbs, with short to medium length black hair (4" average), and hazel eyes.
